LINEN & PRE-ARRIVAL CLEANING
Mandatory for every stay

* This includes preparation cleaning and fresh, sanitised linen provided prior to arrival; linen is not refreshed during the stay. Final cleaning is the guest's responsibility, and the property should be left in good order at checkout.

Rule: if the stay includes even one night falling on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it is automatically treated as a weekend booking.

Mandatory for every stay
Refundable within 7 days, subject to an inspection carried out within 72 hours of checkout — in any case, before the next guest's arrival.

* Checkout time cannot be postponed, as we are required to honour our cleaning staff's schedule. Should a later checkout be needed, kindly request it a few days in advance. Subject to availability, and provided no incoming booking follows, it may be granted for an extra-night fee.

Sample quotes — weekend combinations

Weekend rule: if the stay includes even one night falling on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the weekend supplement (+€ 500) always applies, regardless of arrival or departure day.

Thursday → Sunday (3 nights):
€ 4,000 (mid season) + € 1,000 (linen & cleaning) + € 500 (weekend) + € 2,000 (events fee) = € 7,500

Friday → Monday (3 nights):
€ 4,000 (mid season) + € 1,000 (linen & cleaning) + € 500 (weekend) + € 2,000 (events fee) = € 7,500

Saturday → Tuesday (3 nights):

weekend June ceremony (60 guests), 6-night stay, check-in Thursday, check-out Wednesday:
€ 4,000 (mid season) + € 1,000 (linen & cleaning) + € 500 (weekend) + € 500 × 3 (3 extra nights beyond 3) + € 2,000 (events fee) = € 9,000

* Check-in and check-out days are flexible. The refundable security deposit (€ 2,000) is not included in these quotes.
